Meet Jewelers Mark’s Owners Mark and Jennifer Roten, owners of Jewelers Mark, met each other while both in upper management for a major jewelry chain. While still working for the jewelry chain, Mark came across a potential business growth opportunity at Four Seasons Town Center in Greensboro. In 2003 they purchased their first store (known as Fast-Fix) that had been at Four Seasons since 1999. Within the first year they doubled store’s profitability and took the business to a whole new level.

In 2006 they added a second location at Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem. In 2010 they ended their contract with
Fast-Fix and began their own brand “Jewelers Mark.” In 2013 they added their store at the Shoppes at Stoney Creek
and in 2015 they began another design studio on the first floor of Four Seasons.

Jewelers Mark has a niche for custom design jewelry, remounting, custom engraving and all types of jewelry and
watch repair. They pride themselves on customer service and bringing their clients the best product at the best price!
They sell all types of jewelry from stainless steel to platinum, fashion to Swiss watches, diamonds, gemstones, and
they even broker the sale of Rolex watches. Ninety-nine percent of all work is done in house.

Meet One of Jewelers Mark’s Many Longtime Customers

Tita Wofford, of Gibsonville, is one of Jewelers Mark’s loyal customers.”I had been to other jewelers before I met Mark and Jennifer, but now I know I’m getting the best.  “When I talk to people about Jewelers Mark, I tell them two things. Mark and Jennifer do phenomenal work, and they are creative and artistic. And they are honest.’’

An elderly friend asked Tita for help appraising the value of an old, engraved gold watch. A Greensboro jeweler offered $600; a second offered $500. An appraiser in Asheville recommended by Mark and Jennifer valued the watch at more than $3,000.  “I have complete trust in them,’’ Tita said.

Mark designed and made custom wedding rings for the finances of Tita’s two sons. One of the rings was crafted from the diamond in an engagement ring passed down in the family. For the other son, Mark reduced the size of the ring to fit the petite hand of the finance.

“I love to be able to work closely with someone to create beautiful jewelry from my ideas,’’ Tita says. “Mark is a master jeweler.’’
